- Plugin Development & Maintenance: Contribute to the continuous development of WP-Optimize plugin by implementing new features, fixing bugs, and optimizing existing functionality based on customer feedback and market trends.
- Technical Support: Provide expert-level support to users, resolving technical issues related to plugin installation, performance, and configuration. I address both basic and advanced user queries through email, support forms, and live chat.
